I have not changed anything on my computer, no new settings, no new downloads, and last week all of my pictures suddenly disappeared. The screen shows me two folders: (1) Pictures, and (2) Public Pictures. It does not show me My Pictures, and all the albums etc. that I have. All of my photos are gone. Have they gone into the Cloud, and I can only get them if I pay for access? I am being told that my Cloud account is 80% full. I deleted a lot of files (no pictures though) to free up space, because I really don't like this about-face and allofasudden we have to pay for storage because they changed their rules, but I am not even sure that has anything to do with the disappearance of all my pictures.

Hello EliG,

Run System Restore, choose a restore point date before the issue started.

Hi Elig,
your in the 7 forum, shoot over to 10, link at top.
FYI
IF you synced your comp to the cloud i suspect they are in your cloud account.
