The weirdest issue is happening to my PC...
I've been on Windows 7 for like 3 months and it has been working flawless (No unresponsive programs, games running just as they should be, internet connection stable), but 4 days ago I wanted to use the computer and of a sudden the programs became unresponsive and I had to turn the PC off manually (pulling the plug).
Each time I turn the PC on again it becomes unresponsive that even refreshing the desktop wont work...

After sleepless hours and crying myself to sleep, I thought that maybe I should use safe mode (which doesn't use the internet) and the PC worked just fine... So i thought maybe its the wireless adapter's fault so I took it out of the USB slot and restarted the PC, and to my surprise everything was working just fine (But without internet because I removed the adapter :P ).

So now every time i have to use the internet I go into safe mode with networking support, which can make anyone depressed because of its lack of drivers and stuff, so i cant play any online games or anything like that...

Any ideas would be much appreciated.

What is the make and model of the wireless adapter? Physically how old it is? Are there other programs installed those use network from the start of the computer?

I apologize for not being able to reply but I had exams last week, and I thank u for responding.

The adapter is an LB-LINK 150Mbps wireless N usb adapter (model no. BL-LW05-5R), and I don't think that the problem is with the driver because as I said before, the PC was working well with the adapter with no issues whatsoever. I bought the adapter 4~3 months ago, so I think that is is not old, and yes I do have some programs that use the network on start-up (Bing desktop, Steam, Utorrent), and i have disabled them on start-up but had no results...

I used a program called Process hacker to view my processes and found that my physical memory when the adapter is connected to the internet is at 70~90% and saw a weird svchost process that used 2.16GB of the private memory!!
I tried to terminate it but the PC hanged and I had to restart it again (same with every program I open while the adapter is connected). The weird thing is that I only have 2GB of ram...

Make sure you have a perfect Win7 install following these same steps for Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7.

Then to keep a perfect install use only the tools and methods in the tutorial which are based on what works best here for countless thousands of others since Win7's release.

Hello again,
I just want to add that when I ended that process everything was working again
but it showed up again after like 1 minute and I ended it again and it was gone and everything was normal again for like an hour, I played some games in that hour and when I exited them the process showed up again taking all the memory and i just ended it and now I'm here.
One thing though, i do not want to install windows again and all that because i don't want to lose all my programs and stuff, so if there's anything else i can do, please do tell.

Why would you lose all your programs if you reinstall? They can be reinstalled too to give you the fresh start you need. Never be afraid of getting a perfect Clean Reintsall following the steps I gave you, as it's better than getting a new PC with all of the crap they load on them now.

Meanwhile if you can isolate that process and google it to find out what program it's associate with, you can uninstall the program. Or may it will resolve by establishing a Clean Boot now as shown in Troubleshooting Steps for Windows 7.

If not work through the other steps to gather clues and check everything over good.
