All usb drivers missing on system start

odd problem really and not even sure when it started.

But when ever the system starts (reboot or cold) there is no usb drivers installed or the firewire unibrain driver.

I go to devices and printers and there is the esclamation sign over the icon for for computer then right click it press trouble shoot and it sorts it self out.

but what a pain doing it all the time

That is strange, try this, disconnect all USB devices except you KB/mouse and see if the problem remains.
You may want to check your MB manufacturers webiste for a driver update or a BIOS update that may resolve the problem.

I am with mgp on looking for a BIOS update which may sort out the issue.

no changes or anything just randomly started happening the other day, cant seem to find the motherboard drivers just for the USB though.

its a ga-ep45-ud3p (its a classic i know but still rocks lol )

will have to get googling lol
