I guess that would depend on you. If you don't overclock or do moderate ones, the best in it's price range is the Hyper 212+. If you are doing serious overclocking, you may have to go to a much more expensive cooler.

If you are overclocked, You would know it. You'd have to do it. If your bios is set to defaults, then you are not overclcoked.

What about your case and number, size and location of fans?

Sorry, I can't help with the SF diagnostic tool. But, Could you point a house fan at the open side of the case to blow air in it. Then try playing games and running Furmark again to see if it helps with your temps. You may want to check the dimensions of your case and dimensions of the hyper 212 to make sure it will give you clearance to put the side on the case if you ever want to. Does your case have places to add additional fans? 2 80mm fans is not very good airflow.

Also, open an elevated command prompt ( click the start button, type cmd in the search box, and entry for cmd will appear, right click it and select run as administrator, give admin permission) Copy/paste this into the box that opens sfc /scannow . It is a system file checker. It will scan system files and attempt to repair any that are damaged or corrupted.

Sure, and after I fit the hyper 212 do I need any additional case fans and does the processor temp affect the Graphics card temp.

Yes, you should add case fans if you can, having them blow cooler air inside the case. No, the CPU temp does not affect the temps of the graphics card except it blows hot air inside the case and the fan on the GPU is blowing hot air on the GPU to try to cool it.

I would like you to run some hardware stress tests to see if you have any hardware problems, but you cannot run them without adequate cooling. You can start with memtest86. It will take a while to run. It is best run overnight. Here is the explanation and tutorial. http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/105647-ram-test-memtest86.html I don't think that will create a great amount of heat, especially with a fan blowing into the case.

What about Ungine Heaven? Have you run it yet?

Later I removed my Graphics Card after random shutdown-restart due to unknown problem, but after Essenbe suggested to test run with Ungine Heaven,I installed my Graphics Card again to check for temps and any other problem, after i installed my GPU my system wont start it resulted into starting and stopping of Power supply, the processor fan was not working nor the GPU fan, this would also happen before. To get started my system it takes to remove the cmos cell and ram and wait for 3 beeps for bios post and then resit all the Ram,HDD,Cmos Cell to get working, due to this I removed my graphics card for more than 6 months, later when I joined this forum recently,as experts suggested I did the graphics drivers update of intel and Nvidia and without graphics card everything was fine and with graphics card it was ok for just couple of days, but today I would have figured it out that is this causing was of CPU overheating or something else but unable to do it and my dump files are unable to copy manually and also with SF Diag tool,so please suggest me any alternate method to upload my dump files. With this problem it would feel that is due to low power supply from PSU,but this can't be the case cause its new PSU from corsair and has enough power than my GTX 560ti required,it requires 500 W where as my PSU is 600W,and I also tried another RAM which I borrowed from my friend before updating my drivers with his RAM still there was Problem, but after updating my drivers it was great with my old Ram sticks. So please help me its causing me more and more trouble.

Boot into bios, go to HW monitor > voltage and tell us what the +12V, +5V and +3.3v readings are. Also, when you built the system, are you sure that all of the standoffs are screwed in tight and there are no extra standoffs? Did you run the sfc /scannow as explained in post #30? What were the results? What bios version are you running? You should be running version 0802. Have you updated your drivers from Asus web site? Check you wiring and connections. Make sure there are no frayed wires and that all the wires are completely seated. When you remove the CMOS Battery, go into bios and set optimized defaults, then set your boot order, ram voltages and timings and sata controller. Save and exit. If you can, use another Graphics card to test. Borrow one from a friend if you do not have another one. A known good graphics card can tell you whether the problem is with your card or something else. If you can try your graphics card in another machine. Let us know the results of these things when you have done them. Corsair is an excellent brand of PSU, I use them, but that does not mean it is working properly. That is only 1 possibility.

Also, you said when it POSTS you get 3 beeps. Please describe them. Are they 3 short beeps or 1 long beep and 2 short beeps? You should only hear 1 long beep.
