Always says Povic is compressed ctrl+alt+del to restart

always when i start my laptop it say Povic is compressed ctrl+alt+del to restart i do it then again the same idk what's happening how can i fix it ?

:ar: Insert the Windows 7 OS disc into your CD-drive and restart the computer.

:ar: Press F2 or F12 to boot off the Disc .

:ar: On the " Press any key to boot from CD or DVD . . . . " Press [ENTER]

   Note

You have 8 seconds to press a key until you have to restart the PC to start over

:ar: On the Windows Install window Press Shift+F10 simultaneously to bring up Command Prompt

:ar: Type in

bootrec /fixboot

then press enter

:ar: Then type in

bootrec /fixmbr

then press enter

:ar: Remove disc and restart PC

which I would run several times with reboots.
