your spec's from the hp site. What graphics card do you have?
Also, can you go to screen resolution on the right click main screen and change it to what you want?

It is not possible on that laptop. Whatever of the graphics cards(*) available to that model you have, they all offer a max resolution of 1366*768.

Can't really help but do you have a separate graphics card or is it onboard ? If this is a Notebook perhaps that is the most you can get because of the specs of the machine.

Edit: Done it again, someone else with more knowledge posted while I was writing my post.

Yeah, I can change it to whatever resolution I need, but the highest is 1366x768. Dat's it Mr. Richnrock'

Well then, that`s all that graphics card ( onboard ) will do.

As mentioned, it can only be improved if you can install a higher resolution graphics card ( if it`s even possible ) contact the manufacturer.
