AMD 6470m Switchable Graphic Control Missing

My switchable graphic control center is missing,when I open it up,it shows this,any help?
I already tried install many drivers from hp website,amd website ,all not working and my driver is showing 7xxxM although I have a 6470m but I'm ok with this because it doesn't affect performance and this is the only driver that is working.

Hi ... Is your other Graphics Card not working ? ... Where did you Install the Driver Version you have now ? .. Was it through Windows Updates ? ... Some Members of the Forum do not recommend Installing the Catalyst Control Center ...

This current driver I installed from amd website, my graphic card is working , everything is ok just the configure switchable graphic is missing. My laptop come with the amd ccc , after update become like this , and before update my game have fps problem so I updated it.

I can't leave it just like that,if I download new software or game that I needs to run with my AMD graphic card then how?
Will it auto use AMD or Intel graphic?

Your Computer will switch between them depending on the need .. That also helps to save power ...

But last time I install Dota 2 and I manually switch it from power saving to high performance. Will it auto switch?
