an error occurred during the installation ms xml 4.0

getting an error while installing ms xml 4.0 (error shown in picture) but when i see in programs it created a program.

even i tried installing KB 954430 and KB 979688 but failed in installation (different error).

any better solution for a successful installation ??

Have you tried installing after disabling your security software? Any active security could be the problem. You might try from safe mode, you will need to be able to enable the Windows Installer in safe mode. Download and save this exe to your desktop for easy access. Boot to Safe Mode (with Networking if you need internet access during the install), click on the SafeMSI.exe to enable the Windows Installer, then try the install again.

i have a doubt MS XML KB 954430 and KB 979688 they are also some kind of windows update security software's am i right ?

so its the problem with the 3rd party security software and it could be also with firewall ?

please suggest me and thanks for an early reply.

Those were security updates for the program itself. You are trying to get the installer working, so I am suggesting disabling your security programs on your computer to see if it will then install. A Guy
