Solved annoying message

Tried Chrome and IE, Firefox, now I keep getting a message the web site is not available

Before I launch into another cleaning program, let me ask you this. I went into msconfig, startup and found the TBsupport there which I disabled and the message promptly disappeared. As far as I am concerned that solved what was an annoyance, is that the end of my problem then?

Uninstall both Chrome and FF. Reboot
You can reinstall both again, but this time be very careful of the "add-ons".

(instructions for chrome):
Click 3 horizontal lines in the right corner icon on browser toolbar
Select Settings
Select Basics ->Manage Search engines
Remove unnecessary search engines from list
Go back to settings. On Startup choose open blank page ( you can remove undesired pages from the set pages link too).

yeah i would say that is the problem solved, running the programs i and others suggested also cleared out some unwanted goodies, run jacee's programs to be sure
