another sleep question

I read the tutorial for how to create a hibernate shortcut, but does anyone know how to modify that into sleep? I messed with the values a little, and some put the computer to sleep, but I do not know what I am doing, and thus am liable to cause damage. Can anyone explain the difference values?

You're welcome Jonathan. You can also use the command shutdown.exe -h like in the one below instead as well.
