Any free Video-editing programs?

i tried Adobe premiere pro/after effects and sony vegas and i enjoyed them
but im looking for a free alternative.

windows movie maker is good, but im wondering if there are any decent good video editors out there...

Any suggestions?

try avs video editor

its okay up to a point. its nice and simple though so if you have used premire pro and sony vegas it might not suit you.
