Solved Any idea what this start up screen means???

Hi All,

This morning when i started my laptop i got this screen.I know its pre-boot system assessment test or something.But i don't have any idea how i got this screen and i want to replicate it,all i did was hit power button and in a hurry to charge my laptop clicked some keys on keyboard.

Yes this is a dell laptop and as they say there are no accidents just coincidences
