Any software to limit UDP connections?

I'm not exactly sure if any such software exists, but I am looking for one that can limit UDP connections.

I am having a problem with Steam/TF2 server lists spamming UDP connections which overload my router, and hopefully try and find software to limit how many UDP a certain program can make.

I am using Windows 7 Home Premium x64.

Bump. I also made a typo as I was in a hurry, UDP don't make connections.

But question still stands, is there a way to limit or completely cripple UDP outgoining/incoming at all?
