I like this browser but hate the MSN look with Yahoo and all the links, changing to google as default always brings me back to the Yahoo start page

Thank you, i usually use chrome but need the extra security of Dragon.

Doesn't the default Programs and Features tool fix it?

If not, try out the free CCleaner and on the Uninstall section, uninstall Comodo Dragon.

He means to change the homepage, not delete the browser.

Herbc,

If you are using Comodo Dragon for it's security, you might also want to switch from Google to using a search engine like DuckDuckGo or StartPage.

The first one finds results which Google doesn't, and the latter one is just like Google, only without the tracking cookies, recording of search data, IP tracking and governmental surveillance (sources; here and here).

If you want to continue using Google, BrightBlessings' fix will solve your issue.

Good luck and keep us posted,
Nommy

There are three steps to actually completing the removal of yahoo on comodo dragon:

Step one:
-go to "add remove programs" on your computer (click windows start icon bottom left)
-type "add remove programs" in search
-click on it in the results
-right click "yahoo" and remove it

step two:
-open comodo dragon
-click the three horizontal lines icon to open comodo options
-click "settings"
-got to "search options" on list on page and click "manage search engines"
-remove yahoo by selecting another or adding one and making an engine other than yahoo the default search

and step three:
(this is the most important and least expressed step!!!)
-repeat step two to the point of being in the list after selecting setting in the horizontal line box
-then find "on startup" section and select "open a specific page or set of pages"
-finally click "set pages"
-alter them accordingly by deleting yahoo and adding a new one

had to do this since theres absolutely no one out there with a full list and it drove me crazy many times over the past few years
