Any way to run all Windows Updates fast in XP Mode?

Today Jan 31, 2015, I just installed XP Mode for the first time - my first ever try to do virtualization.

I did NOT turn on Windows Updates because I am worried about downloading 10 years of updates for XP SP3.

Is there a fast way to get all the needed updates, paste them into XP Mode and run them together fast (and so that Windows Updates knows they're in)?

For example, see
xdot.tk - Windows XP Post SP3 Updates Downloader (UDC) - Make a XP SP4 CD with nLite
Is there a way to use that UDC Updates Downloader to do the job inside XP Mode?

Thanks.

Also I still have an old but important XP SP3 machine that can run - Optiplex 755 Desktop w 4GB RAM and Momentus XT hybrid HD-SSD 500 GB hard drive. Used the registry hack to get more updates through "XP Embedded" or "POS" so now the machine rings like a cash register and the CD drawer opens to give change.

I'm sure it'd be of little comfort to you but SP3 was released in April 2008 and support discontinued in April 2013 so there's only a bit over 5 years updates.

That site probably will be of use but there'll never be another Official SP for WinXP. I'm not running a WinXP computer at the present time but do have it installed on one out in my storage shed, kept it because it is the only one I have with a BIOS that supports both an A: and a B: floppy drive. I have an Epson 5.25"/3.5" combination drive in it plus an Iomega 250MB Zip drive for those times clients need data off such disks.

I just setup XP SP2 on VMPlayer and when I tried to connect to the update site it claimed there was no such page ( Error 404). I haven't had time to check if there are any updates available through other sites.
So you may not have anything to worry about.
