APC Index Mismatch BSOD crash blue screen

Hi I keep getting this blue screen crash. It could happen anytime however every time when I close Windows Media Player it definitely happens. Please see the attached files for details and help me out if you could.....

My system info:

Win7 Home Premium 64bit OEM originally installed OS. PC is self built and 3 weeks old. Never reinstalled the OS...

CPU: i7 930
MOBO: Gigabyte X58A-UD3R
Graphic: Nvidia GTX 460 SLI
Kingston ram 6GB(3x2)
Hitachi 1GB HD

This appears to be a driver issue.

First, please remove your Apple media software, such as iTunes. Perhaps something is conflicting with WMP.

Remove McAfee with these tools:

http://support.it-mate.co.uk/?mode=Products&act=DL&p=freescancleaner&g=mfscleaner.zip

http://download.mcafee.com/products/licensed/cust_support_patches/MCPR.exe

Remove AVG with this tool: http://download.avg.com/filedir/util/avg_arv_sup_____.dir/avgremoverx64.exe

Replace it with MSE: http://www.microsoft.com/security_essentials

If the crashes persist, please do a repair install.

please help me, i dont know what i was thinking. i have a msi lsbtop and i went to msconfig.... boot.ini.....advanced option and change the /maxmem from 6014 to 3000000 and rebooted...now i get the blue screen with " apc index mismatch" i tried to restore, f8, recovery it but it failed...how can i fix it

You might try a system restore from the Windows DVD or repair disc.
