Greetings,
I searched this issue before posting and I couldn't find it, so here we are.
Computer errors isn't my area of expertise, but I tried all solutions I could find online (Even formatting and reinstalling the Windows) but to no avail, so I come to your aid.
My problem is this: I was sitting on my 3year laptop browsing youtube when all of a sudden the WiFi icon in the bottom right corner disconnected from my home network and became a Red Cross instead. I couldn't connect or search for any network. However, I could still connect my ethernet cable and connect to the internet. Anyways, tried updating the network adapter wireless driver but didn't work. I was frustrated so I formatted the laptop, downloaded Win8 and installed the drivers (They weren't installed for some reason when I downloaded Win8). The Wifi started working again, but when I would launch a certain game client (Battle.net from Blizzard), the laptop would count down a restart siting (APC_Index_Mismatch) as the reason.
Tried all sorts of things until I decided to format again and revert back to Win7. Did that, downloaded drivers and the WiFi worked again nicely, but the Index mismatch persisted. I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling drivers, updating them, deleting Realtek (Some forums suggested that was the issue), etc...
I cannot fix this at all, and I need professional (Your) help
I have attached the file I should be linking, but let me know if you require any other information or logs from me.
