Hello Honourable members of this forum.
I am Brainz and I need help with installing programs on my windows 7 ultimate 64bit operating system.
Anytime I tried to install programs like Xammp Server,Wamp Server and some other programs,I get this:

" program can't start because api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll is missing"

I have search on google with sooo many answers but they didn't help.
Some said I should Download the Visual C++ Redistributable: For Windows 64-bit,I did,but when intsalling my system says: I already have newer version installed.
Please help me with this problem.

I can help with this ...

If you have problem install files as api-ms-win-crt… I have a solution.

I written simple program in C# which install this missing files to you Windows Tested and working.

You do not install visual studio redist 2015 because you must have Windows 10. And my program fully worknig on Windows 7 x64 , and Windows 8.1 x64 (All tested)
