AppData dll error - location path locked

Hi, I am trying to resolve an error I get popping up contantly - "there was a problem starting ...\AppData\Local\Temp\snwiwcb\simniqe\wow.dll"

when I try and browse this path the snwiwcb directory is locked? I have been unable to change the attributes or permissions to proceed though I am logged into an admin account?

has any one seen this error before? screen cap "error2.gif" attached -thanks.

According to internet searches wow.dll is a bad file, malware.
