Apple lion skin refuse to completely uninstall

Installed an apple lion skin on a friend's laptop after some days i tried uninstalling, it did uninstalled, restarted my system but to my surprise the lion skin features still remain. Checked my "uninstall programs" but it aint there. Guys help me out...please

Run the System File Checker, it should return you to Windows default. You'll have to rrepatch your system to use 3rd party themes again.

   Warning

Be aware that if you have modified your system files as in theming explorer/system files, running sfc /scannow will revert the system files such as explorer.exe back to it's default state. Make the appropriate backups of your system files that you have modified for theming if you wish to save them before running sfc /scannow.
