Apple Mobile Device Not Working.

I have been trying my best to fix AMD for the past few days but nothing so far has worked.

I have tried
-Reinstalling Itunes
-Reinstalling AMD specifically
-restart computer
-I also tried this solution but it did not work http://www.sevenforums.com/software/168972-apple-mobile-device-service-not-started.html

When I run itunes and try to sync my phone I get the error - 'This iphone cannot be used because the Apple Mobile Device Service is not started

When I go to control panel and try to start it I get the error - 'error 1067'

Anyone have a solution?

Had this message and problem around a month ago. Had to install an older version of Apple Mobile Support.msi
How to get it?
Uninstall your current Apple Mobile Support JUST THIS NOT ITUNES!
Download the 10.0.0.6.8 version of iTunes off of http://filehippo.com
Then Use 7-Zip(google it) to "View Archive"
Install the Apple Mobile Support in there.
Restart Computer
Open up iTunes. Plug in iPhone. Hallelujah I know
