I'm curious of trying this. I have an older Mac I don't really use. Is it possible to take out the graphics card and use it on a windows computer? And install the windows drivers for the gt 120?

I already have a 680, but Id like to throw on another monitor

I personally have no idea. I can tell you that hardware for Apple products cost the earth and video cards for a PC costing $40 to $50 (Radeon HD 6400) cost $100 or more. I suspect there is something in the video cards bios that prevents PC cards working in macs and vice versa. You may want to post on a Mac hardware site. Why don't you just try it, I doubt it would do any harm, the connectors are the same. Post back and let us know.

Well I put the card in, and booted up the computer. Suddenly the whole room started shaking and a bright light came from the computer. Everything went quiet and I blacked out. I woke up in what seemed to be an apple store, but empty one and outside was just white.

I was told I had broken the sacred act of the law of Apple and I will be haunted forever and ever by the spirit of Steve Jobs.

In all seriousness... the computer booted but nothing came on the monitors :P

Seriously there is something in the VGA bios to stop the cards working in regular PC equipment and vise versa. Apple is a locked system, PC is open.
Good to know the answer though.
