Application Installer Starts To Install

So as the title says. I somehow was infected with some sort of ad-ware of spyware. Did all necessary scans however when I login to my PC it starts an install process for some application. I can decline the license agreement and it stops but I have done searches with SuperAntiSpyware and at first it finds and deletes alot of stuff, now I've done another search and it finds nothing yet this keeps constantly happening. Is there any other APP i can use that can search better and give me better results?

Please download RKill (by Grinler):
RKill Download
Save the file to your Desktop.

Right-Click RKill.exe and select: Run as administrator
A black DOS box briefly flashes and then disappears. This is normal and indicates the tool ran successfully.

A report (C:\rkill) opens once the scan completes.
