I'm no security expert, but what's wrong with Windows' built in Firewall for the home user?
I have used Windows FW for 2 years without a single problem. I can't understand why people endeavour to use 3rd party software when the software that's bundled with the OS suffices.
Anyone care to enlighten me?
From what i have heard there is nothing at all wrong with Windows Firewall it just comes down to personal choice.
I have used Comodo Firewall for a long time now and as i said i have become very comfortable with it and it has never failed me.
I can monitor traffic from my taskbar & easily manipulate rules for it.
If someone asked the question "which firewall should i use" i would probably suggest stick with windows firewall as third party firewalls can take a bit of setting up and getting used to.
My initial response was to the question asked at the start of the thread "what people thought of Comodo Firewall"
