i have asus k42j laptop with 2 graphics cards(intel hd graphics and nvidia geforce 310m).I want to use nvidia graphic card, but allways intel is enable,how to disable intel hd graphics card?

I dont think there is easy way to disable intel HD graphics.. it's optimus technology that means system uses intel HD to save energy for tasks that dont require much graphics processing power and switch to nvidia for more graphic intensive software. you can access more configuration options inside nvidia control panel.
the computer should automatically switch to the nvidia when you start up a game or gpu hungry application, try updating intel and nvidia drivers AND look on the asus website for any apps or drivers that need to be installed to enable the optimus technology.
