I bought an asus N76V with the normal windows home premium as operating system. I installed windows 7 ultimate on it, I installed all the drivers and made sure they are up to date. But when I was installing the drivers it said that the card couldn't be found, but I was able to connect to networks. However there is still a problem with my wifi connection. The wifi seems to go off at random, sometimes it doesn’t even work at start up.

My card is Intel® Centrino® Wireless-N 2230

Can someone tell me what I should do ?

After a while searching I founded out by myself, that it was windows 7 that powered his virtual wifi adapters off for power saving mode. I don’t know how the virtual driver is connected with my real wifi adapters but it works. I hope I help someone who got the same problem like I did. It really sucks when you don’t have wireless internet on your laptop and you don’t know why. But you’re sure that it isn’t the wifi card.
