Willthis run Windows 7,keep getting Blue screen on install

As already mentioned, to install Win 7 on new hardware you have to add some drivers to the Win 7 installation drive. It isn't just plug and play.
SIW2 did a script to add the drivers to the installation files but you have to provide the drivers and have a notion of what you're doing.

The easiest solution is to install Win 10 on your Asus Prime M450M-A /AMD Ryzen 3
