When the router disconnects, try Network Troubleshooter, or phone your ISP (Internet Service Provider). Might be your wall socket needs a new Broadband Filter.

If you don't even know the basics of networking - it is impossible to help you remotely. You should pay someone to install DD-WRT on the router, check cables, drivers, and with some LiveOS - rule out your winblowz fault.
