Yes it is, do you have an external hard disk? Copy them there.

You need to copy them in a place that's big enough to keep them. Do you have anything important in the user files? If not, you can just forget that and start the clean install.

How can I set my computer to boot from the USB?
In this guide How To Change the Boot Order (Boot Sequence) in BIOS
it is completely different, I find the boot section but it's very hard in there.
Gives me boot order of some random numbers + letters first is something the second is RAM I guess.

You don't have to do it that way, just tap F2 when you're booting up and it will show the options to boot from, you'll just have to select your USB
