asusz77sabertooth network takes 3 minutes to connect

Hello I have a slow to connect issue. The computer boots ok but once its to the desktop, it hangs meaning I cant click and open most things. Desktop computer running win7, avast, ccleaner, superantispyware.
MOdem router combo is arris sbg6950. Cable is specktrum internet. ONboard nic card with updated driver. Ethernet cable used to connect. I have specifically removed the bluetooth wireless card just to make sure thats not the issue. While the network is taking its time to connect(blue circle), I cant open most anything. STart button works but try to open event viewer and no go ..........until the net connects. I have ran combofix, ccleaner, superantispyware, done an avast boot time scan. I have tried cmd in run as admin with ipconfig /release and it tells me it cant cause theres no adapter in the permissable state. Also have tried flush dns which I think has worked. Only assuming it has to do with network so I posted here.
forgot to add it works fine in safemode with networking!

This is mostly due to software running in background with a delayed start in the service.msc or need to trigger. Nothing really wrong like a malware. Now you have to find the culprit. I got the same time to time and mine for exemple, is the GPU software it use to overclock settings.

You dontrun muti security as they will mess each other up and can cause your problem you say win7, avast, ccleaner, superantispyware. and you have run combofix which can screw up your system unless its run with expert instructions
