Atheros Valkyrie BootROM help please

My thumb drives kept disappearing then I noticed this notification (attached), I Google the name and came across these 2 posts, http://www.sevenforums.com/drivers/205622-message-prob-atheros-valkyrie-boot-rom-b4-i-mess-up-ask.html and http://www.sevenforums.com/drivers/226034-atheros-valkyrie-bootrom-help.html . I wasn't sure which one pertained to my situation so I wanted to ask for help please. Is this something I could maybe download from the ASUS site?

I went with the second option, which led me to a download manager for torrents. I don't think that's it. Open to any other suggestions.

Hi GRB70, Try here ASUS - Motherboards- ASUS P8Z68-V PRO/GEN3 if you would be so kind and tell us the mobo model we may be able to help you further

Apparently I received that error, because of a corrupt file on a thumb drive. I was able to pinpoint the file in question and the error never duplicated itself. At this point it's not looking to be an issue, but if it does I will post back for sure. My mobo is ASUS p8p67 deluxe.
