ATI 4650 Express Card Problem

I am using ATI 4650 Express Card (2GB Video RAM) on my HP (2.1 Core 2 Duo) for a long time. But after installing 3G Evo, I faced problems as the drivers of my Express Card doesn't install. If they are installed, there is no display after restarting. I changed various operating system (XP, Vista & 7) but the problem remained same. But when I removed the Express Card from the PC, then there wasn't any display problem at all. Please help me.

Given the conflict and choice of old HD4650 video vs. 840 EVO SSD to become stable, have you considered maybe upgrading the video card as the "solution"? Plenty of inexpensive new video cards (e.g. HD6450) could probably solve your problem.
