You have memory management corruption because AVG is still installed. You never removed it. Remove AVG completely from the system by uninstalling and issues may disappear.

I uninstalled avg completly. I cant find it in all programs, programs and features, c drive

There is 1 folder in program files of avg, but its empty, shows subfolders, and the last folder is logs, and its empty

Boot to safe mode. Go to C:\Windows\System32\drivers

and delete

avgldx64.sys
avgmfx64.sys
avgtdia.sys

And also type services.msc into the start menu, hit enter. Make sure there are no AVG services.

After, reboot to Windows normal mode.

Alright ya. I'm not sure about x64 driver folder. Go to that folder to delete those files.

Or search for them to find the right x64 folder instead, that holds x64 drivers.

It may be something like syswow - I dunno.

Cab=n you get into Windows yo access Device Manager and see if there are any yellow flags other than ther LAN card.?

No, it is definitely the x64 Windows installed. From the minidump:

Disable it in device manager.

Ya all the drivers look good now, with the exception of the nForce2 ones that I've been saying from the beginning is the issue. Nothing can be done for that.

Well, at least I told you how to fix the other x64 computer by uninstalling AVG from that too. heh
