ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3650 issue.

Hello guys,
I own one ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3650 512MB GDDR3 RV635 gpu. It's default core clock is 600 MHz but when i run GPU-z or MSI Afterburner it has only 445 MHz. Someone know the reason?

Avoiding the obvious latest updates what are your temps?

60-61 not playing and 79-80 while playing(no aditional cooling systems)
I forgot to say, i have Catalyst 13.9 installed

Solucius mate I have just run GPU Z and a program called HW Info and the GPU Z reporst a wildy different clock speed than HW and I know it is right because I am quite acquainted with the speeds on my GPU specs.

Try this - in the right hand window you will see info on the CPU and the GPU.
HWiNFO, HWiNFO32/64 - Download make sure you have the right bit version.

ICit2lol my gpu stay always at 222.8 MHz even if i'm playing or doing anything else(using HWiNFO)

Check your power plan. Is it on high performance, Balanced, or in Power Saving mode?
