ATI Mobility Radeon X2500 vs Aero DWM.. pls help!

Hello,
I have an ACER TravelMate 5720G notebook with ATI Mobility Radeon X2500. Unfortunately the Latest Windows 7 ATI Catalyst Beta Driver Package does not support this card.

The only driver I found that works is DNA's ATI-VISTA/WIN7 9.3 x32.

This is the first driver that actually got my graphics card to a high resolution mode, but aero keeps crashing.
If I restart DWM from Services.msc, it crashes immediately. The popup says "Desktop Window Manager has stopped working."

Did anyone find another working driver for X2500 under W7?
Could anyone get aero working on this graphic chip?

I have same problem since a view years. I hate this graphic card and i don't understant why ATI don't support the mobility user.

I use the driver from Asus, but it is over 3 years old and not realy effektiv.
