ATI Radeon 4250 help

My graphics card always run a game by stretching it across the 24 inch monitor. Is there any way to make the game run in original aspect ratio?

Im using an ati radeon 4250 with catalyst 10.2. It is hooked up to the monitor via vga cable. I do not see the option anywhere in the application, even though I see the options for intel graphics media accelerator...Why is that?
