Solved ati radeon driver issues

Hi all,i just fitted a new 1tb ssd drive,i have installed win7 pro 64bit sp1,its a clean install with dx11 as well,the issue is i downloaded my graphics card drivers from the amd site,it goes thru the motions of installing but after a reboot it still shows as a standard graphics adapter,it was working fine before i fitted the ssd hd,any ideas what to do?,i have had the same issue with it before but cant remember how i fixed it,cheers in advance Paul.

You could try running the Radeon install program as Administrator. That might do the trick. Are the drivers for Windows 7? I wasn't aware that AMD still supported Win7.

sorted,my card is an asuss gt440,the hd 5570 was my old card,got the rite drivers and its ok now,funny tho how it ws working before the ssd with 5570 drivers,but always was a pig to get working.
