ATi Radeon 9200+Windows 7, I need Catalyst Control Center

Hello,
I know this is outrageous for 2014!
I have an old Pentium 4, and an ATI Radeon 9200, and I managed installed Windows 7 Ultimate Edition. I followed the advice from this forum and installed the drivers for Windows2000. Everyhting wentfine, but the Catalyst Control Center won't work and I need it to connect my TV to the computer.
Do you have any suggestions on how to make CCC work, or at least connect the TV some other way?

AMD offers two different download packages for Catalyst 6.2 for win2k: The (1) catalyst software suite, and (2) the drivers only. Which of these did you download and install?

Before that I had installed the drivers for XP in compatibility mode and got a BSOD error.
I thought that it might had kept the CCC from the previous full XP installation, but probabaly I was wrong.
Do you think that if I uninstall everything and install the full Win2000 driver package from scrathch it might work?

That's likely to be the case -- download the full package, not just the drivers.
