AMD Radeon (TM) 530 Driver issues

Good Afternoon everyone
its been a year since downloading windows 7 in my lenovo Ideapad 320 or lenovo 80YD
so all drivers work (except the touchpad and DVD drive) i have 2 graphics card running in my laptop
AMD Radeon (TM) 530 and intergrated Intel (R) HD Graphics 620
Downloading Intel (R) HD Graphics 620 was easy and enabled Aero in my windows 7
However Downloading AMD Radeon (TM) 530 was diffuclt (since AMD software doesnt support windows 7)
i have it downloaded and working when playing games like: (Counter Strike Source 140fps and Garry's Mod 150-160fps (When nothing is spawned) and Half life 2 Deathmatch 140fps and the same for Day of Defeat Source and GTA San Andreas Multiplayer) however device manager in windows 7 shows me an error icon and tells me that the device has an error icon because
"it stopped working"





Is there anything to do to Bypass the message?
I appreciate any help or suggestions
