ATI Radeon HD 2600 XT

My netbook 1.6GhZ 8 MB VGA integrated in MB, 1 GB RAM - Windows 7 run great
MY PC 1.84 GhZ 256 MB VGA 1.5 GB ram - Windows 7 dont run great :D

- ATI still not responding... Its my question for them too hard ? :D

I don't think you will hear anything from ATI. I believe the hot fix drivers are unsupported and are a use at your own risk deal.

Well it looks like my 2600XT was going bad. When I finally went back to XP the drivers I had used before with no problems wouldn't detect the card so they wouldn't install. I swapped it out for a GeForce Fx5500 and have windows 7 up and running on that rig. With the modified drivers for my sound blaster live 5.1 I finally have everything working. Sorry you couldn't get yours working though. I don't know what to tell you to try at this point either.
