Ati Radeon HD 4650 Driver Update Green Screen

Hello dear seven forum users

I have a problem with my ati hd 4650
When i update my GPU i get an green screen in my youtube videos and local videos
I try disabling the hardware accelaration in youtube but still playing videos localy green screen appears
Any assistance would be appreciated.
(Sorry for my bad english)
