ATI Sleep Grey Screen

So I want to be able to go into standby on my Windows 7 x64 desktop, but I cant resume without it crashing.

Any ideas? Specs Below

CPU: Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600
RAM: 8GB G.Skill
Mobo: Gigabyte EX38-DS4
Video: ATI HD 5770
Hard Drives: 500GB Raid1, 2x 1TB

I get grey screen sometimes after turning my monitor off for a long period. It might be windows TDR causing it.

Well its like a grey screen of death, has error codes and such.
