I have kept my PC (running Windows 7 SP1 (64-bit)) updated with all Windows updates, but KB3003743 will not install. The update error code is 80070643.
I have run SURT and sfc /scannow (no errors reported). I have been unable to upload a zip file containing all the files contained in the cbs folder: the \windows\logs\cbs\cbs.log file is 209MB, and there are two .cab files that are almost 6MB, making the zip file much too large to upload. But I attach a zip file containing all the files created today within the folder, other than the cbs.log file and the earlier large .cab file (CbsPersist_20150104154223.cab). I hope that this is sufficient.
