Audio won't work with external speaker or headphones

My Laptop has a dual boot system, windows 7 and ubuntu 16, both works fine.

Until i got something problem when i play music at my windows 7 with plugged external speaker or headphone or anythings, the audio won't comes out.
So i try to unplugged my speaker and the audio works fine.

I think there's a problem with my jack or laptop's terminal or something inside my laptop,
so i change my OS to ubuntu 16 and plugged my speaker, and it's work!

what happen to my windows 7?

I try to install all my driver from my CD and restart it, and still won't work

And i look at my Realtek HD Audio, my speaker show with black colored jack

Try to check from audio troubleshooting too, but it's no help, says that everything is fine

Help me to solve the problem..

Hello and welcome yudijohn mate some more specs needed to find the right drivers so follow this please and/or add more specs to your post page System Info - See Your System Specs

The software disks that come with machines or boards if you are the builder are usually well and truly out of date when you get them - always best to go look at the machine's site to find the right and up to date drivers.
