For a chuckle read the comments page. All the same defrag arguments yet again. I'm not going to argue defrag unless I compile a snippet file. Too much typing the same old same old otherwise.
I've used Auslogics free defrag for years and that was fine. Likely a good product. I don't have an SSD to try with the Pro version.
For my simple needs, until I get an SSD, Puran free seems to be working well. But I've never had a problem with Auslogics that I remember either.

Smart Defrag is better. The free version include MFT and boot time de-frag and has a much more modern interface than Auslogics.

Yeah, but I have the Auslogics Disk Defrag Pro for free from giveawayoftheday.com, and I have also tried Smart Defrag. Auslogics is MUCH better, at least the paid version.
It also has many more defragmentation/optimization mode
