Auto Dim Dark Web Images?!

I recently built a new pc and installed seven as my os. I couldn't help but automatically notice that the screen dims to darker images... I have never had this problem before with my monitor. I knew it had to be a seven feature.. Yet I can't disable it... I've tried hardware device options and power saving options... This is a stupid feature... Why would you want to Dim the screen on an already dark image....

I cannot play certain games because it gets way to dark to see anything.

Does anyone have a solution?

I have tried that already.. I do not have that option under the display tab. I have also tried creating a power plan and it still does not show up. Is there really no way to fix this? It really bugs the hell out of me.
