Hello,
my windows drive (C:) Suddenly go full and 0 bytes free! I go to free up the drive by removing some files and freed up about 12GB and then come back to "My Computer" see the free space is OK. after a few second refreshed the my computer and see the free space is going low every second in front of my eye without any file process like file copy or software installation etc ! with drive C full I can't do anything.

also I think the file delete process going done only in pretense and not real because each file I delete from desktop or drive C or my document, the delete process done very fast even with big files!
I use windows 7 64bit. my Eset antivirus not reported virus. I also run "chkdsk C: /f /v /x" but the problem is not solved.

No OS will ever "pretend" to delete files and do nothing really.

What you're seeing is totally normal and the way Windows is designed to be. When you delete file, all that really happens is that the directory entry is removed and the space is marked as "free" in the file system, but the contents are left alone (that's why you can undelete files).

The consequence of this is that deleting a file becomes very fast, and file size becomes almost irrelevant. In fact, deleting a 1KB text file is very likely to take the same time as deleting a 5GB movie!
This is the way all operatating systems work since the early 1970s.

Hello Dear friends. thanks for your replies. through your replies I found the source of problem.
I installed WizTree software and found that Internet Download Manager's template files occupied the disk space and after deleting the files, the problem solved.
Thanks
