Hi
Is there any way that I can set my taskbar to automatically rearrange? Basically I want it to automatically show the active programs at the left and the not running ones on the right. so its not a mixed up mess of icons. Get what I mean?

Thanks for the reply, but its not what i want.
I will try and explain it better:
this is an example of my current taskbar:
Gimp(active)>>Itunes(Inactive)>>Mozzilla Firefox (active)

What I would like it to do is when you open one of those it rearranges the task bar automatically so it look like this:
Gimp(Active)>>FF(Active)>>Itunes (inactive)

See what I mean?

Yes, I know what you mean, but I don't think that's possible. The Quick Launch is the next best thing.

Me :) I build all my PCs
OS
Windows 7 Home 64, Vista Ultimate 64
But 7 Taskbar Tweaker does exactly that. Just select "Dont Group" instead of "Group by Application ID" and all open apps with open on the right of pinned apps. If you want to organize pinned apps into a group, there's also 7Stacks for that.

You mean programmatically arranging buttons like you can do by drag and drop. That's not allowed by MS yet.
