Back space key displays Extended display menu when pressed

I have a toshiba Portege running W7....my back space key displays the Extended display window (like for projector), my CTRL key too make a copy of any think highlighted when I press it, how do I sort that out....I have formatted and reinstalled windows but same problem.

Hello yellojona.

I would try this:

1. Go to Device Manager
2. Locate the keyboard
3. Right click and select uninstall
4. Reboot
