When i try to make a backround from one of my saved pictures its all fuzzy
but when i use a windows 7 installed one it looks great help.

You are trying to use an image too small for your resolution. It is trying to stretch the image to fill your screen, resulting in the blurriness.

Look online for 1280x768 images. Do some playing around, you may find 1152x864 also look good.

i put it up too 1366 x 768

If you are using an image smaller than your res, and the stretch or fill option, it will end up blurring out.
Look online after HD wallpapers, those are insured to look right on pretty much any res.

i didn't have any trouble with vista.
